After a fun morning shopping at the Earlier Than The Bird event on Asbury Avenue, we sought to refuel with a late breakfast, and Augie's was our destination.
Throughout the summer, we passed by Augies at the intersection of 9th and Atlantic and were impressed by the line of people waiting. The volume of people put Augie's on our must do list, and a scouting report from family over the summer confirmed that we had to get there.
We ordered two dishes from the breakfast menu, Avocado toast and French Toast with Coconut. Both were served with a hearty helping of friendliness from the staff and it provided the perfect end to a day of shopping. Augie's will definitely been in our regular rotation and look out for more reports in the future.
